TERMS OF SERVICE
Before commissioning me you must read to the following terms, when you send the form I will assume that you have read them. You can read and download the T.O.S. here

General Terms
・Dimensions: You will receive a digital file of approximately 2000x2000px at 300 DPI. Size may vary slightly depending on the illustration. All commissioned work is delivered digitally — no physical items will be shipped.・Use: Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, rights must be purchased separately.
Please do not alter, edit, or remove my watermark.・Changes: Unlimited revisions are available during the sketch stage. Any major changes requested after approval of the second WIP (base colors) will incur an additional fee.・Turnaround Time: I have up to one month to complete and deliver your commission. Deadlines can be discussed beforehand and may increase the complexity and price of the work.・Refunds: You may request a refund only if I have not delivered your commission within 2 months, and no extension has been mutually agreed upon.・Privacy: I may share your commission on my portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise for privacy reasons.Use & Copyright / Intellectual Property ・All rights to the artwork remain with the artist (me), unless otherwise agreed in writing.・You may not claim the commissioned artwork as your own.・You may repost the artwork on social media with proper credit to me as the artist.・You may not use the artwork for NFTs, AI training, or any blockchain-related technologies.・Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: selling prints or merchandise, using the artwork to promote a business, generating income, or using it in media (such as games, books, or apps).・For commercial use, you must purchase the appropriate rights. By default, commercial rights are +100% of the final price, but this can be discussed depending on the project scope and usage.・You do not have the right to resell or sublicense the artwork to third parties.
Payment
・Payments via PayPal only. For Bolivian clients, Yape, TigoMoney, and bank transfers are also accepted.・Payments are made in USD via PayPal, after the sketch has been approved.・The complexity of the subject may affect the final price.・Commissions are non-refundable, unless:
I have not started the commission within 2 months of receiving payment.
How to order:
1. Read the Terms of Service carefully.2. Choose the type of commission you'd like, then fill out and send the following form:Username:Type of commission: (Experimental / Full Render)Size of commission: (Headshot / Half-body / Full-body) — Additional characters can be includedReferences: (Include color references)Short description: (Personality, expression, etc.)Pose: (Doesn't have to be specific — you can describe the desired vibe or feeling)Additional details: (File format, background color, etc.)Payment method: Once I review your request, I’ll confirm if your commission has been accepted and provide the final price.
After you approve the initial sketch, I’ll send you a PayPal invoice. Once payment is completed, I will continue with the commission and share the progress with you:
Sketch → Base Colors → Final Artwork.
The final illustration will be delivered within 3–4 weeks.NOTES
・Be as specific as possible. The more references and details you provide, the better the final result.
・I reserve the right to decline any commission that goes against my Terms of Service or that I feel I cannot fulfill.
・If no slots are available when you send your form, I will notify you that you are on the waitlist. You do not need to make any payment while on the waitlist.
